Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the BCN.CLUB website and mobile app (the "Service"), operated by BCN.CLUB ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, buying a membership, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can use BCN.CLUB

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. By using it you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google, or an email code. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@bcn.club if you think someone else is using it.

3. Membership and access

Some content and features require a paid membership. We describe what is included at the point of purchase. We curate the places and information in the Service editorially. We do our best to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that any place, price, opening time, or detail is correct at the moment you rely on it.

4. Pricing and billing

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in euros through our payment processor, Stripe. A membership that renews will continue at the stated interval until you cancel, using the payment method on file. We will tell you in advance of any change to recurring pricing.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a renewing membership at any time from your account or by contacting us, and it will not renew for the next period. If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because the Service gives you immediate access to digital content, you agree that access begins right away, and the withdrawal right does not extend to content you have already used during that period. To request a refund or withdrawal, contact hello@bcn.club.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights when using the Service
• copy, resell, or redistribute our content outside normal personal use
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service
• interfere with, probe, or try to break the Service or its security
• misrepresent yourself or impersonate someone else

7. Contributions from members and insiders

If you submit content (for example as an insider or a venue), you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant us a licence to use it within the Service and our related promotion. We review contributions editorially and may decline, edit, or remove them. A submission does not guarantee a listing.

8. Our content and intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its curated content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. We keep all other rights.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on information in the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may update the Service or these terms. If a change is significant, we will give you reasonable notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
