BCN.CLUB ("we", "us", "our") operates the BCN.CLUB mobile application and website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we receive your email address and display name. We store this to identify your account.

Location data: With your permission, we access your device location to show nearby spots on the map. We do not store or track your location history.

Usage and measurement data: With your consent, we use analytics and advertising tools to understand how the Service is used and to measure our campaigns. Depending on your choices, this can include identifiers such as a hashed version of your email and an account id (see section 3). You control this in the cookie banner.

Saved spots: When you save a spot, this preference is stored in your account so it syncs across devices.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the app
• Authenticate your account
• Show relevant spots near your location
• Sync your saved spots and preferences
• Send transactional emails (e.g., sign-in codes)

3. Cookies, analytics, and third-party services

We use a small number of cookies and third-party tools. A necessary cookie keeps you signed in. With your consent, we use analytics and advertising tools to understand and improve the Service and to measure our campaigns. You make this choice in the cookie banner and can change it at any time. We do not load non-essential trackers until you accept them.

Our advertising and measurement tools, including the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, may receive a hashed (irreversible) version of your email address and an account identifier so that a purchase can be measured. These run only with your consent.

The services that may process your data include:

• Supabase: authentication and database (hosted in the EU)
• Mapbox: map rendering and geocoding
• Apple and Google: social sign-in authentication
• Stripe: payment processing for memberships
• Resend: sending transactional and sign-in emails
• Meta: advertising measurement through the Pixel and Conversions API, only with your consent

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls. Your password is never stored in plain text.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent for location access at any time

7. Children

BCN.CLUB is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
